Francesca Kastelanides is the Owner of Beam Academy an online platform that works with over 100 schools in London and offers trainings. She began her career in PR and Event Management and later received her degree in Special Education. She is trained in Ashtanga, yoga for the special child, yoga for children, aqua yoga, Mandala yoga, Yin yoga and Mindfulness. She discusses her experience running a kids yoga franchise, tips for working with tweens and how she began a business during the pandemic.
