HOUR 1 - How far can Rodgers take Steelers?, Calls, Tony Pauline
The PM Team w/Poni & Mueller - Un pódcast de Audacy - Viernes

The Steelers are still confident that Aaron Rodgers will play for them. If he does, how much better does that really make them? Can they win a playoff game? Can they win the AFC? Can they win the Super Bowl? The guys don’t think there’s a great chance of any of that happening. If Aaron Rodgers is willing to play for $10M, what good does that do the Steelers right now, on April 18th? NFL Draft analyst Tony Pauline joined the show. Tony said in his latest mock draft, he has the Steelers selecting Shedeur Sanders. He added that Mike Tomlin appears to be a fan of Sanders and he’s a ‘good bet’ to be their choice if he’s available. Tony thinks Sanders is a good prospect, not a great one, and thinks he’s a bit overrated because he’s a QB and his last name is Sanders. Tony did add that Sanders is his clear-cut QB2 in the draft, behind Cam Ward and ahead of Jaxson Dart. Tony went through the next tier of QBs and who could be available in the 3rd round when the Steelers are up at 83. Poni asked Tony about Will Howard, who he has as a 5th round pick as of right now. Tony walked us through some of the top DL that the Steelers could have available to them in the 1st round. Tony really likes Kenneth Grant and thinks he has a chance to be the best big man on the defensive front. Tony doesn’t rule out the Steelers taking a back like Omarion Hampton next Thursday.
