HOUR 1 - Pens make trade, Luck for Shough, Jason Mackey
The PM Team w/Poni & Mueller - Un pódcast de Audacy - Martes

The Penguins made a trade last night ahead of the league’s trade deadline on Friday. The move sees Michael Bunting shipped out of town about a year after he was acquired in the Jake Guentzel deal. The Pens acquired the all-time hits leader by a defenseman in the deal. But who won the trade between the Pens and Preds? The Steelers have Tyler Shough in town for a visit. One film guru loves the tape, but Shough is 26 and will be 27 by September. But why does this guy fit more of the Kevin Colbert mold than the modern mold? How early should the Steelers take a QB if they pick one? PG columnist Jason Mackey joined the show. The guys brought up the recent infatuation with Jaxson Dart – the apple of Joe Starkey’s eye. There are some mock drafts out there that have Dart going in the 1st round, and one as high as number 3 overall. Jason does not feel good about the Steelers getting a deal done with Justin Fields as we sit 4 days away from the legal tampering period. Jason isn’t willing to part with a 1st and 3rd round pick for DK Metcalf, but he wants the Steelers to truly address WR in free agency. Jason does not have a problem if the Steelers trade TJ Watt instead of paying him big money.
