The federal government has announced the biggest reforms for smokers in over a decade - declaring war on the e-cigarette industry. The reforms will restrict vape sellers and the publics access to vaping by banning all non-prescription vapes.  Health Minister, Mark Butler said that vaping has become "the number one behavioural issue in high schools."
