Since the Federal Government introduced the Home Builder grants program, thousands of Aussies have excitedly applied for the financial assistance to help fulfil their dream of building or seriously renovating their home. Unfortunately for many people that dream has turned into a nightmare as dozens of building companies have gone bust, and experts are warning that many more construction firms are vulnerable.
