Imagine every day you go to work and not only are you confronted by a crowd of people telling you how terrible you are at your job, but that the reason you're terrible at your job is because you're a woman. That's what female umpires face when they step out to referee sports across the country, and with a damning report into the culture of AFL umpiring, it's been revealed that the abuse is not just coming from the crowd but from within their own ranks too.
