Today’s episode comes from a recent real life experience – Lilah brought a Polly Pocket into our collection of Montessori toys (which are very wooden and very neutral). If this would have happened two years ago, I would have been up at night feeling anxious about this different, plastic toy. But now, I’m at ease and comfortable with it.
