Shavuot of Separation – Part 1

Torah to the Tribes - Un pódcast de Matthew Nolan - Domingos

Shavuot of Separation Resurrection and transfiguration/change: Future resurrection: Martyrs-Rev 6. into millennium – Rev 20:4,: a transfiguration of the remnant, not all taste death – Matt 16:28, as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed/allassō Heb. 1.12 Resurrection of the just and the unjust after the millennium at the great white throne judgement – Acts 24:15) Matt: 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18  For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19  Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20  For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. 3 rankings: least in the kingdom of heaven great in the kingdom of heaven outside the kingdom of heaven ONLY in Rev 20:1-10 do we find ANY New Testament teaching about the Millennium (Latin: mille “thousand,” and annus “year”). Does the ‘Millennium text’ hint at two tribulation periods (remember Jacob had a “trouble” – “messengers returned to Jacob, saying, We came to thy brother Esau, and also he cometh to meet thee, and four hundred men with him. Then Jacob was greatly afraid and distressed: and he divided the people that was with him, and the flocks, and herds, and the camels, into two bands;”and a “Gt. Tribulation” – the ‘supposed slaying of his beloved son’ – “And they sent the coat of many colours, and they brought it to their father; and said, This have we found: know now whether it be thy son’s coat or no.” Remember, Jacob had to work for seven years to get his first bride and then he worked another seven years for his second bride. The Millennium is this enigmatic, mystifying period preceding judgment and the eternal state. This is a period of vindication within history of the cause of Yahusha. Two tribulation periods and with that two categories of resurrection of the dead? The first resurrection is the resurrection of the believers who did not worship the beast or receive its mark, Revelation 20:4-5 who gain entrance into “the Millennium” (some limit the Millennium to the martyrs alone – Rev 6; I disagree with this limited view though I recognize however  the connection in Matt 10:39, “whoever looses his life for my sake, will find it.” but don’t limit it to just that. Revelation 20:4-5 4. And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Yahusha, and for the word of Yahua, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Messiah a thousand years. 5. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. The first resurrection being selective (priests -the woman – transfigured and martyrs), the second resurrection being absolutely universal (just and unjust) The first death is virtually universal (some will be alive at the parousia- the Second Coming) and the second is selective. 10 points: יהוה has to build a house for his kingdom (2 Chr 2:12 – Ephraim & Judah) It’s going to be composed of: power, strength and glory; meaning there’ll be no middle course, no concession, no shame (Dan. 2:37) it’s an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him (Dan. 7:27. Meaning there’s going to dominions outside the kingdom… It’s at hand (Mat 3:2) meaning its within each and everyone’s grasp…yet it if they take hold of it they can’t look back or they’r
