Daredevil Season 3 Episode 1 Review Spoiler filled Synopsis
Directed by Marc Jobst

Written by Erik Oleson

Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen, is bruised and battered but alive after being buried by the destruction of Midland Circle. As he recuperates at St Agnes Orphanage, where he grew up, he realises he has lost his hearing in one ear which have thrown off his powers. He’s also lost his belief in God and he refuses to reconnect with Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) and Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson).

But luckily for Matt Murdock his confidante Father Lantom (Peter McRobbie) and the head of the Orphanage Sister Maggie (Joanne Whalley) still believe in him. Slowly but surely they help recuperate his body and his soul and Matt Murdock gradually and tentatively returns to the street of Hell’s Kitchen as vigilante Daredevil. In Riker's Island Prison Wilson Fisk (Vincent D'Onofrio) learns that his true love, Vanessa Marriana, is being targeted as an accessory to his crimes by the FBI. As a young and heavily indebted Special Agent Ray Nadeem (Jay Ali) comes to take Fisk’s monthly statement, Wilson Fisk wants to make a deal to protect the woman that he loves.
