With the arrival of General Wade (John Bedford Lloyd) Gotham is on the brink of reunification. Elsewhere, Barbara (Erin Richards) must postpone her trip off Gotham with Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) and Ed Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) as her contractions begin she turns to Lee Thompkins (Morena Baccarin) for help.
But as the good news is delivered to Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and the reunification of Gotham can now begin, Jim and Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) find themselves face-to-face with a transformed Eduardo. Bane (Shane West) kidnaps Bruce, Jim and General Wade and are brought before Walker who reveals herself as Nyssa Al Ghul (Jaime Murray), the daughter of Ra’s al Ghul. As Nyssa plans her revenge sending Bane after Barbara Kean, Professor Hugo Strange (BD Wong) turns his attention towards Jim and the Bane process. However, as the venom hits Jim’s veins he manages to escape. At the same time Bruce also manages to thwart their captor and along with Wade they escape back to the General’s headquarters.
At the hospital, as Barbara gives birth to her new born daughter Bane attempts to capture her but is stopped by Alfred Pennyworth (Sean Pertwee) and Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova), but Alfred is seriously injured as Bane appears to break his back.
Jim, Bruce and the General return to the military HQ.
