Are we romantic partners or business partners?

One of our most requested topics - relationships. With the new responsibility of a child, our relationship dynamic changes - duh, we just don’t think we realized how extreme the change would be. We speak candidly about falling into defined roles, co-existing / co-parenting vs spending quality time together, the importance of clear communication, intentionality with our time, and how we keep our romantic relationship from turning into a business relationship - a work in progress for us. Is ‘balance” even achievable?
