How does diversity impact innovation? And how do you create inclusion? 

This is what this weeks episode is about. Because without different perspectives our innovations will not be at their best, which means that we need to create diverse teams with people from different backgrounds. In other words: sometimes we need to look past out bias and think outside the box. It is not only critical for business but also for society. In order to accelerate peoples potentials and create the best innovations we also need to have an inclusive culture. Not always easy, right?
