Let’s Begin brings you daytime meditation and relaxation. The episodes will combine longer meditations and hypnotic tracks focused on general relaxation as well as episodes targeting issues such as building self-esteem or overcoming social anxiety, with shorter 5 to 10-minute episodes focusing on breathwork or positive affirmations.  You can use Let’s Begin's Daytime Meditations to help you start your day with a positive and relaxed mindset or to find a moment of calm and peace if you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed in the middle of the day. Each episode will have the all-important wake-up section at the end to ensure that listeners do not fall asleep. So whether you want to listen to our episodes as a daily meditation or a morning meditation, the choice is up to you.
