Here we’ll explore the nuanced world of trauma, unpacking topics such as toxic family systems, intergenerational trauma, attachment, dissociation and shame. We’ll also explore pathways to recovery through somatics and embodiment, nervous system regulation, parts work, community and trauma informed care.
