Healing CPTSD is a podcast dedicated to healing from childhood trauma and complex PTSD. Join your host, Bianca Winter-Mallari, a trauma informed counsellor, somatic therapist, founder of Embodied Self Therapy and fellow childhood trauma survivor. Here we’ll explore the nuanced world of trauma, unpacking topics such as toxic family systems, intergenerational trauma, attachment, dissociation and shame.
